EnvAI has served more than 100 clients covering over 18 industries, including finance, real estate, energy and resources, food and catering, manufacturing, education, pharmaceutical industries. Here are two case studies:


Case Study 1:

Client A, a well-known multinational conglomerate specializing in environmental protection whose businesses include wastewater treatment, solid waste power generation and sludge treatment. As client A’s ESG data, including exhaust emissions, wastewater discharge, solid waste and so on, has various standards and parameters for its diversified businesses in different provinces and cities in China, the calculation is complex, and the management is very difficult.


With EnvAI, we assisted client A in expanding the scope of ESG management to more than 100 subsidiaries categorized by business segments, regions and departments. Through a customized solution and unified data collection system, EnvAI has resolved the problem of inconsistent ESG information calculation and ensured the data quality. The management of the Client A can monitor real-time data collection of its subsidiaries through EnvAI for efficient ESG-related management with zero calculation rate error.


Case Study 2: A Well-known Domestic Insurers

Client B, a well-known large domestic insurer. Financial institutions with multiple branches and subsidiaries usually face challenges in ESG-related data management with high cost.


Through CECEPEC team’s assistance, Client B has built a complete top-down ESG data collection and management system with the support of EnvAI, which has significantly enhanced internal and external communication efficiency and reduced management cost.
