Establishment of a Sound ESG Management System, Integrating ESG Strategies into Operation

The workflow is mainly divided into three steps:

Background Research:

  • Identify important management issues through a current status analysis of the corporate governance structure, departmental structure and departmental remit, reference to regulatory trends, peer benchmarking and best practices, gap analysis, rating concerns, etc.
