Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China - Department of Laws, Regulations, and Standards Technical Guidelines for Environmental Information Disclosure of Listed Companies (Experts’ Opinion Draft) In 2017, Support Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning to carry out the foundation work for the mandatory environmental information disclosure project and proposed the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Information Disclosure of Listed Companies (Experts’ Opinion Draft). Technical support is also provided to the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning to establish and refine the related mandatory information disclosure standards.

CECEP Environmental Consulting Group (CECEPEC) Environmental, Social and Governance Reports Issued by Hong Kong Listed Companies - A Study on Disclosure Performance 2017 To provide stakeholders with a better understanding of listed companies’ overall performance in environmental and social / non-financial information disclosure, in 2018, CECEPEC analysed the disclosures from 2017 ESG reports of SEHK Main Board listed companies against the “Comply or Explain” provisions outlined in Appendix 27 Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guidelines, identified room for improvement in ESG reporting among listed companies, and also provided recommendations for better reporting.

China Textile Information Center EcoCosyTM Climate Leadership Program In 2019, under the “Fashion Climate Innovation 2030 Action Plan” led by the CSR center of China National Textile and Apparel Council, this program explores the contribution of textile products to carbon emission reduction in the industrial value chain, analyzes the impacts of climate change on industrial business models, and understand climate actions at the level of organization, product, and the supply chain. This research analyzes the carbon reduction effect of renewable fiber products, and showcases successful stakeholder engagement activities to provide references for the industry's overall carbon information disclosure and carbon reduction goal setting.

State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) Guidelines for the Preparation of Reports on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for Listed Companies Controlled by Central Enterprise In 2022, in accordance with the 2022 annual research plan of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, research work was carried out on the preparation of the Guidelines for the Preparation of Reports on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for Listed Companies Controlled by Central Enterprise, which helps the guideline to be in line with international ESG standards and concepts while meeting the regulatory requirements of institutions such as the State- owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) HSBC GBA ESG Index The “HSBC GBA ESG Index” was launched with the collaboration of HSBC and CECEPEC to evaluate the overall Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) performance of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). It aims to offer an integrated view of the region’s ESG development and raise public awareness of best practices.
National development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Carbon Pricing Mechanism,Methane Emission Control Path Appointed to participate in the “Carbon Pricing Mechanism” and “Methane Emission Control Path” research project under "2022 Annual Carbon Peak Carbon Neutral Project Commissioned Research" initiated by NDRC China. To compile international experience on carbon pricing mechanisms, analyze the progress and effectiveness of China's carbon emissions trading market and the existing problems; study and propose comprehensive ideas on carbon pricing mechanisms that are in line with China's national conditions.To initiate policy recommendations to strengthen the interface between market mechanisms such as carbon emissions trading, energy use rights trading, carbon tax and carbon tariff. Analyze current situation of methane emissions and emission trends in China, draw on the paths and main practices of various countries in promoting methane control measures, and draw a roadmap, a construction plan and policy recommendations for promoting methane emission reduction in China.
C Team,Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology (SEE) Guideline for Action for Real Estate Companies to Respond to Climate Change In 2021, we provide technical support for the Guideline for Action in cooperation with C TEAM. The Guideline introduces the core processes for Chinese real estate companies to systematically improve their climate change response and management capabilities, guides them to raise their awareness of climate change issues, familiarizes them with relevant standards and tools, and motivate more stakeholders in the real estate industry to voluntarily join the action to mitigate climate change, thus promoting the low-carbon transformation and energy.
