China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) has been at the forefront of advancing sustainable financing in China. As a Council Member of the Green Finance Committee, China Society for Finance and Banking under the People's Bank of China (PBoC), CECEP assisted the PBoC in formulating the Green Bond Endorsed Projects Catalogue (2015 Edition) and updating the Green Bond Endorsed Projects Catalogue (2021 Edition).

CECEPEC is part of the first batch of recognised external reviewers under the Green and Sustainable Finance Grant Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). CECEPEC has the unique advantage as the only external reviewer with a Chinese background and business focus. With our professional knowledge and experience in the ESG and sustainability field, CECEPEC can also provide advisory services to our clients and guide them through their green and sustainable financing journeys.
