【WEF report sharing】 The impact of rising natural risks of enterprises and the economy



World Economic Forum is launching a series of New Nature Economy reports in 2020. The first report Why the Crisis Engulfing Nature Matters for Business and Economy was published in January, explaining how nature-related risks such as biodiversity loss matter to the business. The report states that the consequences of the risks can be significant to not only primary industries such as construction, agriculture and food and beverages but also to secondary and tertiary industries as there might be “hidden dependencies” in their supply chains.
